The Machine is a modern pharmaceutical device for intravenous admixture centers. It integrates multiple functions including solvent storage and dispensing, injection storage and dispensing, medication basket handling, and solvent labeling.


·It automatically dispenses solvents, applies labels, verifies items, and dispenses injections, effectively enhancing full-process information management of medications. This ensures comprehensive oversight and traceability throughout the medication use process, reducing errors during admixture.


·It enables rapid, accurate, and precise configuration and dispensing of intravenous infusion medications.

PIVAS Management Software

The PIVAS management software enables comprehensive management of all hardware systems and the entire IV admixture workflow.


·Automatic prescription review: Supports checking for incompatible drug combinations, prohibited solvents and interactions during drug-solvent mixing, as well as verifying drug usage and dosage.


·Batch scheduling for bottle labels: Assigns batches based on usage instructions and supports different rules for different wards.


·Automatic medication return determination: For pre-suspended orders, the system detects overdue stop times, automatically voids the order, and marks the bottle label for return.


·Multiple billing methods: Pre-billing: Orders are billed by physicians before being sent to PIVAS for processing.


·Bottle label verification: Supports barcode scanning checks during medication arrangement, sorting, warehousing, preparation, dispensing, and packaging.


·Basic data maintenance: Manages PIVAS staff permissions, wards, drug catalogs, batch rules, prescription review knowledge bases, and supports workload statistics.
